Not to start problems Benny, but I remember the manual states non-rechargeable. My definition why. NiMH rechargeable-1.2 volts full charge, stays @ 1.2v until discharged, keeps flashlight bit lower at start but same 1.2 throughout it's cycle.
Alkaline- ~1.6v new, linear discharge, flashlight starts brighter than NiMH then dims. Lithium- ~1.7v new, longest life, -40°F resistant. 1.2v doesn't keep the Ambient happy at it's low voltage or temps. WS-2902, 1st model, does not support 5 GHz WiFi. Firmware Flashing will give support, hard reset required.

Alexa skill works fine. WS-2902A, new model, only one readily available. 5 GHz works out of box. WiFi is connected using the app AmbientTool or what apple calls theirs. 5 GHz doesn't work well for me, cuz 2.4 GHz has a longer reach.
